Ormewood Park

Just south of Reynoldstown between Grant Park and East Atlanta is Ormewood Park, one of the best remaining values for beltline adjacent neighborhoods in the city. The popularity of this neighborhood has ebbed and flowed over the last 130 years which has contributed to the diversity of its residents and architecture alike. Craftsman, Victorian, ranch, shotgun, and of course new construction options are found in this unique neighborhood. Direct access to the Eastside Beltline trail will keep this neighborhood surging for the years to come, especially as the trend back toward in-town living continues. The Glenwood Park mixed-use development, also on the Beltline, offers residents large retail shopping options as well as dining right in the neighborhood. Schools are on the rise here as well. Ormewood is one of Lisa Marie's favorites as well a being the sister neighborhood of Grant Park- loved for it's underrated lifestyle and excellent value proposition.
