Emory/Druid Hills

Druid Hills is one of Atlanta's oldest "suburbs," just east of Morningside, with I-85 to its north and Decatur to its south. Originally designed to house the elites of Atlanta, Druid Hills is the home of Asa Chandler, founder of Coca-Cola and the home of Emory University. True to those roots, splendid grand scale homes of a myriad styles can be found here- though Georgian, Neo-classic and Tudor reign supreme. Residents have always found comfort in the abundance of greenspace and wide avenues. Druid Hills always steeped in academia and culture is also home to the CDC, Callanwolde Fine Art Center and Fernbank Natural History Museum.
